Who is writing
Our messages say who they are from and what they are about. They are sent from mailboxes that receive replies, and replies are read.
Opting out
You can opt out by replying to any message and asking us to stop, or by writing to abuse@reviewplansgroup.com. You do not need to give a reason.
An opt-out is honoured across all of our domains, not only the one that wrote to you, and it does not expire. We act on opt-out requests promptly and no later than 10 business days after receiving them.
Addresses that do not work
If a message to an address is returned as undeliverable, we stop writing to that address.
Volume
We limit how much we send each day. Those limits are lowered automatically when messages bounce or recipients opt out at a higher rate than usual.
Reporting a problem
If you believe a message from us was sent in error, or you keep receiving mail after opting out, write to abuse@reviewplansgroup.com. Forwarding the message itself helps us find it quickly.
