What we are
Review Plans Group is a business consulting firm. We work on growth strategy, marketing and outreach programs, lead generation and the operations that support them.
Our work is practical. We would rather hand over a two-page plan that gets followed than a long report that does not. Where it helps, we also carry out the plan: writing the messages, running the outreach, setting up the tools and reporting on what happened.
We work with businesses directly, by email and by call.

How we go about it.
These apply to every piece of work, large or small.
- Review first
- We do not recommend anything until we have looked at what you already have and what it is producing.
- Say it plainly
- Plans, reports and outreach are written in ordinary words. If something is not working, we say so.
- Measure it
- We agree on the numbers that matter before work starts, and report against them.
- No promised outcomes
- We do not guarantee results we cannot control. We commit to the work, to honest reporting, and to changing course when the results call for it.
- Respect the people we contact
- Outreach is sent to businesses, says who it is from, and stops when someone asks. Our email policy sets out the rules.
